Terms of Service Agreement
By purchasing or using any hosting, server, domain, or digital service provided by HostPlan, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Account Provisioning
Accounts will be activated upon receipt of confirmed payment verification. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and billing details.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
All services provided by HostPlan may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
HostPlan guarantees 99.9% network and power availability across all hosting servers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email or announcement boards.
